I love food and have developed a tendency of eating more than my fair share.
I am also a health freak and made a decision to visit the doctor for a thorough check up because my clothes were beginning to tighten at the wrong places on my body.
I confirmed my doubts about my health conditions and was advised to get back into shape.
Getting onto a diet was part of the new lifestyle that I head to get into as well but I had to focus on exercises that was a rather difficult thing to do. I joined the neighborhood gym and was surprised to find many ladies of my age with the same health problem. This gave me encouragement to stick to the regime and watch my diet.
I have been working out for two months and I can feel the positive effects. I have cut the excessive weight while I look and feel better. I am even planning on going back to my old obese self. My boyfriend goes to the gym as well and that’s another reason that keeps me going!
